South West Rocks is half way between Sydney and Brisbane, only 450km's north of Sydney on the coast near a geographical place called Smokey Cape. We are delighted to present our wonderful 2 bedroom home for sale. Our home is located only minutes from the South West Rocks CBD, Horseshoe Bay and Main Beach. For the enthusiastic fisherman, scuba diver or boatie, you couldn't ask for anything better as we are very close to the beautiful Macleay river.

Overall you would not be disappointed with our property. The garden has had a lot of work put into it and is as private as you could wish for. It is one of the nicest gardens in the neighbourhood. We have beautiful birds in our garden all day. The BBQ is at the side of the house with its own courtyard. As nice as our home looks in these photo's the better it is inside when viewed for the first time. The home has a definite woh factor.
We have priced our home to sell, as we have to relocate due to a new position with my 'day job'. We have to move even after all the work we have done. Its just that little bit too far to commute every day to my new job.
Our home is on the market at $295,000Au. The block of land is 860sq meters. We believe it's the nicest home in South West Rocks in that price bracket.
